Nature of This Site

This is a private reference site, not an official county portal. It does not store official Humboldt County arrest, detention, or court records. Site operators cannot confirm whether a person is in custody, release anyone from the Humboldt County Detention Center, change a Nevada VINE result, or submit a document to the Sheriff, a court, or NDOC on a visitor’s behalf.

Pages identify public offices and online resources that may assist with Humboldt County jail and custody questions. They may also connect visitors with outside research tools. A link or search connection does not turn this site into the agency that creates, holds, or certifies the underlying record.

Acceptable Site Use

Access is conditioned on lawful and responsible conduct. When using any page or feature, you agree that you will:

• Not stalk, harass, threaten, or harm another person.
• Not use information for hiring, housing, lending, insurance, or another prohibited eligibility decision.

Those destinations set their own terms, privacy practices, access rules, and hours. Humboldt County Recent Arrests does not control their content, data handling, availability, or results.
